Dawn Nail

Terrible experience. The wait is entirely to long, waited 2 hours. Theres a new lady as well and she did the worst job ever, had such an attitude when i told her i have an ingrown nail and to take it out, she literally huffed and puffed and complained to the owner in Spanish about it. I've genuinely never had such a bad experience getting a pedicure in my entire life. Its a place I go to for getting peace and feeling good. I usually pay 25, and give a $10-$15 tip even for the pedicure. They just lost a customer, I'll never go back to this terrible place. Another lady ignored me when i tried to get her attention. I would never recommend this to any of my friends or family.

They really don’t know how to do nails. Honestly, this salon would be better as a home-based business than an actual shop. I’ve seen home studios with way more talent and skill than this place. It feels like the previous owners trained them a little and then just handed them the store. They’re focused on money, not the art of nails. If you’re looking for anything detailed, creative, or high-quality, this is not the place. This salon is only good for a simple, quick manicure or pedicure . Nothing more. In my opinion, they’re not qualified for anything advanced. I don’t see this business lasting more than a few years unless it’s carried by loyal customers or people from their own community who support them.

I've been coming here for years, and they've always been clean and professional. I love thats its a mom and pop place, the mom is cute and will sometimes give out free lotion. I feel like the only time they are rude lol is when you don't tip (or tip right). But I always tip sooo.
